Regal Pediatrics and Regal After Hours Clinic specializes in Pediatrics as well as Family Medical Care. To better serve our patients we welcome walk-ins at our Rochester Hills office, located near Sterling Heights MI, Troy MI and Pontiac MI.
We are open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 8pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.

We offer urgent care services, same day appointments and walk-ins. Generally, urgent care services include everyday injuries and illnesses, such as; sinus infections, colds, urinary tract infections, sprains, lacerations and more.
At Regal Pediatrics and Regal After Hours Clinic we also specialize in sports physicals, immunizations (for children as well as adults) and much more.

Dr. Elghoroury has over 24 years of experience in Pediatrics and Primary Care (he is bilingual, English-Arabic).
