Training your toddler to use the potty is a huge milestone for both parent and child. The toddler will feel like a “big kid” once he/she is potty trained and the parent will benefit by not having to change any more diapers. It’s really a win-win situation 🙂
How do you know if your toddler is ready?
Potty training is usually recommended around 2 years of age since toddlers have to be able to understand what is taking place and understand the instructions. Also, he/she will need to be ready physically.
For more information about potty training, please see your pediatrician.
