While some babies are calm and happily content, there are some babies that cry more and need more soothing.
There are things that you can do to help your baby calm down and relax. They include:
*Gently rocking them back and forth
*Taking them for a walk
*Playing calming classical music
*Taking them for a car ride
*Giving them a bath
*Reading them a book
*Giving them a pacifier
*Playing white noise
*Playing lullaby music or children stories (never phones allows you to stream music from sites or YouTube)
As challenging as it might be at times, please remember that the crying is temporary and should decrease as the infants get older. For any questions, please talk to your pediatrician 🙂
